USU Blanding's Small Business Development Center is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. We are also supported and funded by Utah State University Blanding to promote economic growth by partnering with institutions of higher education to create access to a coordinated network of federal, state, local, and private business service providers and by introducing and promoting their services to local businesses.
